Terms of Use

1. Who we are

PadelForUs (“PadelForUs”, “we”, “us”) is a platform for organizing padel matches, events, and communities. These Terms govern your use of padelforus.com and its apps. By creating an account you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account.

3. What PadelForUs does

We let you record matches, join and organize events and tournaments, track a skill level derived from your results, and connect with other players. Skill levels and standings are estimates generated from recorded results; they are provided “as is” and are not a professional ranking.

4. Your content and other players’ data

Matches and events are inherently shared records. When you record a result or join an event, the players involved, the score, and the outcome become part of a shared record visible to the other participants and, where an organizer makes an event public, to the public. You grant us a license to store and display this content to operate the service. You must not upload another person’s data unless you are entitled to (for example, adding a guest player you are organizing a match for).

5. Guest players

Organizers may add “guest” players who are not registered users. If you add a guest, you confirm you have a legitimate basis to record their participation. A guest may later claim their record and convert it into a registered account.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no falsifying results to manipulate ratings, no harassment of other players, no scraping or bulk extraction of other users’ data, and no attempts to breach security or access accounts that are not yours.

7. Club & third-party integrations

Clubs may connect third-party systems (such as Playtomic) that they are authorized to use, so that bookings and player information can flow into PadelForUs to set up events. Data received through those integrations is used only to operate the service for that club and its players, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Paid tiers

Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing, and cancellation terms are shown at the point of purchase. During beta, tier changes may be provided at no cost.

9. Leaving & account deletion

You may deactivate your account at any time from your profile settings. Because matches and events are shared records, deactivation removes your player profile and hides you from the platform, but retains the match and event history for the other participants, as described in the Privacy Policy (“Deactivating your account”). To permanently erase your personal data, contact admin@padelforus.com. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
